Parker Presents: Bill Oysterman

While there will never be another Bill the Oysterman, the tradition of fun and amazing farm-direct oysters continues. Parker Stokes, his long-time crew lead and business manager, has created an overall concept titled Parker Presents. The dancing oyster with the top hat is now named Bill Oysterman (note “the” has been omitted as there will never be another like him) and will be the enduring icon. Parker brings the best of the west coast oysters to every party. Over the past decade he built friendships with all the same oyster farmers and has added a few (think Kumotos from Humboldt and Oishii from BC). Of course, all his housemade sauces will be available to assure your enjoyment. He brings the oyster goodness and the rest just happens. 3-7pm
